At ELMEQ we have a very close co-operation between customer and manufacturer. More and more industrial companies demand deliveries in accordance with the philosophy of LEAN production. ELMEQ is capable of meeting KANBAN-delivery and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) quantities, which helps to optimize the customer’s production.

Purchasing of goods in exact quantity and on time deliveries requires systematic, precise and accurate planning. At ELMEQ we have more than 10 years of expertise within logistics, which is one of our main competences.

We purchase goods in accordance to the customer’s production plans or forecast. When committing to larger scheduled orders we offer to establish a small buffer stock in Europe and further a raw material stock at our production plants for security reasons. This way small fluctuations in customer demands can be handled without complications. ELMEQ manage FIFO stock handling, which is the customer’s guarantee for correct delivery and avoidance of out-of-date parts on stock.
