ERoller
ELMEQ is introducing 3rd Drum motor generation. It is a GEARLESS design named ERoller and it is a Direct drive BLDC motor for conveyor system.
ERoller is replacing your 1st generation – gearmotor with timing belt, mounting brackets, roller and other mounting accessories. ERoller is replacing your 2nd generation – drum gearmotor or tubular design gearmotor.
ELMEQ offers the ERoller with a wide range of tube lengths, different shafts and wire harness configurations. With the newest ERoller series and driver technologies, you will get high acceleration, long lifetime, and optimized mounting time. The motors are equipped with the newest magnet technology, which gives your motor high efficiency and very high torque.
The customized ERoller motor is available with special wedge, crowning, different IP grade, and shaft design to optimize your system performance. Today, using 3rd generation ERoller, you and your customer, will get following additional benefits:
